State Income Tax
Progressive brackets: 6% (EUR 20,500-30,500), 17.25% (EUR 30,500-50,400), 21.25% (EUR 50,400-88,200), 31.25% (EUR 88,200+).
TyEL Pension Insurance
7.15% employee share (8.65% for ages 53-62). Employer pays additional ~17%.
Unemployment Insurance
0.79% employee share.
Health Insurance
~1.96% employee share (sickness 1.36% + medical care 0.60%).
YLE Broadcasting Tax
2.5% of income, capped at EUR 163/year. Funds public broadcasting.

Where applicable (Sweden, Denmark), we differentiate between regulated first-hand contracts and market-rate second-hand rentals.
Update Frequency
Rent data is updated semi-annually (January and July) to reflect market changes while maintaining data stability.
